I have found the perfect way to fill qrt. size freezer bags with soup, roast beef, spaghetti sauce or lasagna meat sauce, without spilling ; I fit a qrt. size bag into a large, plastic tumbler ( drinking cup). It is the perfect size and the qrt. size bag leaves enuf room for expansion in the bag while freezing..... I will be buying several of these to use for this purpose; you can usually find these in packs of 4, at the Dollar General, Family Dollar, or Dollar Tree .
